"Pricing to rent the entire Inn" accommodations for up to 32 guests

* Midweek events & ceremony only weddings do not require lodging for the entire Inn.
* Call for discounts on midweek/nightly lodging.
* Sweet & Simple afternoon wedding ceremony only, vow renewals & short events welcome anytime.
* Events with evening receptions at the Vineyard Inn require that the entire Inn

be rented for a minimum 1-3 nights stay @ $1,500-$2,500.00 per night (+6% sales tax)

April 1- May 15.......................................... 1-2 night minimum stay................. $2,850.00 (per night)
May 16 - June 5.......................................... 2 night minimum stay.....................$2,850.00(night)
June - October 16...................................... 3 night minimum stay..... ...............$8550.00 (3 nights))
After October 17 - October 31..................1-2 night minimum stay............. $2,850.00 (1 nights)
Early & Late Season (Apr. & Nov.).................1 night minimum stay............... $2,850.00 (per night)

Rates subject to 6% sales tax. Lodging includes linens & towels, equipped kitchenettes (studios do not have kitchens), microwave, air conditioning, patio or balcony, in-room coffee, wireless internet. The Inn's 12 waterfront suites can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Reservation Details

Deposit

A deposit for the first night of your stay is required to confirm a reservation.
For reservations of one night only, full payment in advance is required.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned provided we are notified 30
days before scheduled arrival (less 20% Processing Fee).

If cancelled less than 30 days, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
The full rate will be charged if guests do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date or depart before the final date of guaranteed reservations.
All deposits will be credited to the last night(s) of reserved time and will be forfeited in case of early departure.

There is a $50.00 additional person charge.
A two night minimum may apply to midweek reservations.
