Dear  Vineyard Inn/Bistro Guests and our vacation rental guests,

We hope the following information helps answer any questions you may have regarding changes that we have made within our establishments
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to wear a mask within your establishment?
This is a time of uncertainty across our country and the world. We all must do our part to curtail the spread of the coronavirus.
With that said we do ask that you wear a mask inside the bistro area when using the restrooms or making a purchase. If dining with us once you are seated at your table you may remove your mask for the duration of of your meal, and our staff will be wearing a mask during the time you are being served table side.
Q: If I have a existing reservation has it been effected at all?
Our cancellation policy has not changed and as of now our summer reservations have not been affected as Michigan has now moved into phase 5.

We have always prided ourselves on cleanliness in the past, we will be taking new measures to ensure that we set that bar higher.
We have been emphasizing the differences between sanitize and disinfect with our staff
SANITIZE: is meant to reduce, not kill the occurrence and growth of bacteria, viruses and fungi. Refers mostly to soft surfaces
DISINFECT: is meant to kill the microscopic organisms as claimed on the label of a particular product. Refers mostly to hard surfaces
We will be allocating extra cleaning time and staff so that we can allow appropriate time between when a guest leaves, staff enters a property, and “dwell time” when cleaning. Dwell time is the time needed for a product to “sit” on surfaces and kill viruses and microbes and applies when disinfecting.  We will be paying special attention to disinfect all high touch areas, this would include door knobs (inside and out), lockboxes or electronics lock panels, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, touch screens, and play sets/toys, to name a few.
Please Note: Due to COVID We will not be doing stay over cleans , If guests need extra towels , linens , supplies etc. they need to request.   We have taken all dishes , glassware and silver from the suites and replaced with green friendly supplies.  Wine glasses , of course , will be supplied.
For the unforeseeable future all staff will be following CDC guidelines , to the best of our abilities.   We hope our guests understand the frustration over-1Covid 19 and the frustration it has caused across the board, and as  a business we are doing our best to make things balanced and non stressful for our guest and hope to see you all soon!  Meanwhile we have been open ( Both bistro , patio and lodging)  since Memorial weekend . Surprisingly it has been quite busy.  We  understand the frustration over-1Covid 19 and the frustration it has caused across the board, and as  a business we are doing our best to make things balanced and non stressful for our guest and hope to see you all soon!

 Stay well ,be safe,

Pamela
